I work with individuals and business teams to help them achieve their goals through Personal Mastery that in essence, entails creating self-awareness and taking self-responsibility for one’s life and actions.

My Philosophy

Although my previous career as an executive in the medical device industry has given me many insights into the aspirations and rewards, pressures and challenges that people in the business world deal with every day, it was my experience living through the apartheid era in South Africa that truly shaped who I am and the work that I do today.

Succeeding in the face of this oppressive system taught me that each individual is responsible for the creation of success and happiness in their lives, irrespective of circumstance. It’s not our environment that shapes who we are, but our understanding, acceptance and experience of our true nature and capacity -- Personal Mastery.

My career in international marketing and general management took me from my native South Africa to Sweden, Denmark and finally Switzerland. I worked as a research associate and currently work as a guest lecturer at IMD, Europe’s leading business school, in Lausanne.
